  "The League of Women Voters of Arkansas became concerned about the environmental impacts of natural gas development in the Fayetteville Shale Play in 2007. After a statewide study, consensus positions were established."
  "After studying the details of the new rule and the Commission's conditional acceptance, the time has come when you are needed to help request full implementation of water protection from fracking chemicals." Please read this information as to why the proposed rule needs amending and submit your response to them by JANUARY 10, 2011. "Remember the importance of protecting Arkansas's water resources."
